Airport Ground staff are the first people who take care of their passengers in the initial stage. They must ensure the passenger’s safety and comfort by issuing tickets and taking care of their luggage at the Airport until they enter into Flight. The main duties of Ground staff are welcoming their passengers, issuing tickets, Boarding Pass, managing their luggage, and assisting disabled passengers & children. The Ground staff is always multi-taskers, who should have excellent behavioral skills to provide excellent customer service inside the airport terminal. 

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum  +2 or Graduate with good communication skills. Normal eyesight.

 Age: 18-25 Years

Course Duration: 3 Months for degree Holders and 1-year Diploma for +2

Certificate: Diploma certificate from Aerospace & Aviation Sector Skill Council (AASSC) Govt. of India
