European aerospace giant Airbus has reached a monumental milestone, surpassing 16,000 aircraft deliveries in its latest performance update. This achievement underscores the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality aircraft to its global customer base.
Key Highlights from Airbus’s Latest Update
As of March 7, 2025, Airbus has delivered a total of 16,028 aircraft since its inception.
The 16,000th aircraft, an A321neo, was delivered to British low-cost airline Jet2 through a lease arrangement with ICBS Leasing.
In February 2025, Airbus delivered 40 aircraft to 25 customers, including Delta Air Lines, China Eastern Airlines, British Airways, and Air France.
